Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any prior cooking experience?
Not at all. Our Foundation Course and Weekend Intensive are designed for complete beginners. The Complete Culinary Program works for any skill level—we adapt to where you're starting from.
What if I can't make a scheduled session?
We understand life happens. You can reschedule up to 48 hours before a session at no charge. We'll work with you to find an alternative date.
Are your kitchens accessible?
Yes. Our teaching kitchen is fully accessible with step-free entry, accessible restrooms, and adjustable workstations. Let us know if you have specific needs and we'll ensure everything is prepared.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. We work with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary requirements. Just let us know when you enroll so we can plan accordingly.
What's your refund policy?
If you're not satisfied after your first session, we'll refund your full enrollment. After that, refunds are available up to 14 days before your next scheduled session.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. Email us at [email protected] and we'll arrange a custom gift certificate for any of our programs.
