Services Description

flashy grid provides culinary education programs including in-person cooking courses, workshops, and private mentorship sessions. All program details, schedules, and pricing are subject to change and will be confirmed upon enrollment.

Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment Process

Enrollment in our programs requires completion of our registration form and payment of the applicable fee. Your enrollment is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us via email.

Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes
• Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify program pricing at any time. However, pricing changes will not affect enrollments already confirmed and paid for.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

By You (Student)

• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied after your first session, we will provide a full refund
• Before Program Start: Full refund if cancelled more than 14 days before the first session
• 7-14 Days Before: 50% refund
• Less than 7 Days: No refund, but you may transfer to a future program date
• After Program Start: No refunds after the second session

By Us

We reserve the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule individual sessions with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Rescheduling requests with less notice may be accommodated at our discretion but are not guaranteed. Repeated rescheduling may result in forfeiture of the session.

Program Participation

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Arrive on time and prepared for each session
• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Follow safety guidelines and instructions
• Notify us of dietary restrictions or allergies in advance
• Refrain from disruptive behavior

Health and Safety

You are responsible for informing us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or health conditions that may affect your participation. We will make reasonable accommodations but cannot guarantee suitability for all dietary requirements.

Removal from Program

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate our code of conduct, compromise safety, or disrupt the learning environment. No refund will be provided in such cases.

All content on our website and in our programs, including recipes, techniques, videos, written materials, and branding, is the property of flashy grid and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Cooking involves inherent risks including but not limited to cuts, burns, and allergic reactions. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You are responsible for following safety instructions and using equipment properly.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless flashy grid, its instructors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your participation in our programs.

Photography and Recording

We may photograph or video record sessions for promotional, educational, or documentary purposes. By enrolling, you consent to being photographed or recorded and to our use of such media. If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in writing.
